Description

Lion Rampant kilt pin

The rampant lion has represented Scottish monarchs since at least the reign of Alexander II in the 13th century. It stands for courage, bravery and ferocity – qualities that sit rather well with Highland dress.

The pin is hand cast in quality pewter and finished in Glasgow. A raised lion crest sits over the shape of a Scottish sword, creating a bold yet traditional detail.

A practical Highland detail

Attach a kilt pin only to the front apron. It adds useful weight, helps reduce lifting fabric and makes sure the Scottish symbolism is doing more than merely looking handsome.
