Stag kilt pin
Scotland is home to both roe deer and red deer. The red deer, Britain's largest surviving native land mammal, has become an icon of the Highlands and the famous Monarch of the Glen.
The detailed stag motif is set upon the shape of a sword. Hand cast in pewter and finished by craftspeople in Glasgow, it looks less like ordinary jewellery and more like the proper Scottish accessory it is.
How to wear it
A kilt pin belongs only on the front apron. It adds weight, helps prevent the fabric from lifting and allows the kilt to move naturally.
